After a month of speculation and wait, the second chapter of Sui Ishida’s Choujin X has finally come out. The first chapter in the series dropped on May 10 with an immediate English release by Mangaplus and ShonenJump. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ishida’s artwork is as beautiful as ever with his signature shading and symbolic visuals are spread over the whole chapter. Similar to his previous work, Choujin X<\/strong> takes place in a world where humans co-exist with superhuman creatures called “Choujin”. The two protagonist Tokio<\/strong> and Azuma<\/strong> end up in a dire situation where both decides to take the Choujin serum and Tokio ends up transforming into a beast similar of Kaneki’s Kakuja with characteristics of a vulture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the latest chapter, we see Chandra Hume, the smoke Choujin from the <\/strong>first chapter chase after Tokio. It seems like Tokio has been infected with Chandra’s smoke powers and wishes to make her his disciple. Tokio rejects his offers and Chandra outlashes on her. Luckily Choujin Protector Hoshi manages to rescue her in time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now that the second chapter is out the fans are excited for its next instalment but its release schedule and format has left many confused. So today I will try to discuss about Choujin X chapter 3 <\/strong>and its release date, spoilers, raws and other important details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choujn X Chapter 3 Release Date<\/strong> and Discussion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Now the thing with Choujin X is that it has a very peculiar release schedule different from any Jump series so far. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New chapters will release on an irregular basis according to Ishida’s schedule – which means he’ll be able to take his time to write the story that he wants to write. Taking to Twitter, the Ishida wrote<\/a> \u2018I want to try and do all of the backgrounds and finishing touches by myself this time around, so it\u2019ll be updated when I can\u2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, Choujin X isn\u2019t actually being serialized in Young Jump<\/strong> like all of Ishida\u2019s other works; instead, it\u2019s on Shueisha’s online manga service Tonari no Young Jump<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on the release of the previous two chapters, we expect the new chapter to come out by mid-July. Fans can expect to read the next chapter between July 20 to July 30<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sui Ishida has revealed a rough draft from chapter 3 in his latest stream where it seems like Tokio is meeting with Azuma. He has covered his face with a scarf to hide his Choujin look. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
