<\/span>The official site<\/a> to upcoming Summer Anime “<\/strong>Astra Lost In Space<\/strong><\/em>“<\/strong> revealed a new visual, July release date<\/strong>, cast, staff and Keiko Kurosawa’s character design sheets.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Lerche Studio will animate the project. Lerche is known for animating Assassination Classroom<\/i> and Classroom of Elite<\/i> anime series.<\/span>

<\/span>The series will release in July 2019 along with other anime titles like Fire Force<\/a><\/em>, Vinland Saga<\/a><\/em> and Teasing master Takagi-san<\/a><\/em>.<\/span>

<\/span>Masaomi Ando will direct the anime for Lerche. While Norimitsu Kaih will be in charge of Series Composition.<\/span>
Keiko Kurosawa (<\/span>Re:\u2423Hamatora<\/cite><\/cite>, <\/span>Scum’s Wish<\/cite><\/cite>, <\/span>Asobi Asobase<\/cite><\/cite>) <\/span>will provide character designs and will act as Chief Animation Director.<\/span>

<\/span>Masaru Yokoyama (<\/span>Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans<\/cite>, <\/span>Queen’s Blade: The Exiled Virgin<\/cite>) and <\/span>Nobuaki Nobusawa<\/cite>(<\/span>Steins;Gate 0<\/cite>, <\/span>Dagashi Kashi<\/cite>) are composing the music.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span>The story focuses around Kanata Hoshijima<\/span> and his friends who during exploration trip gets lost in the depths of dangerous space.<\/span>

<\/span>Written and Illustrated by Shinohara<\/span>, Astra Lost in Space<\/em> is a Japanese Shonen manga published in Shonen Jump+ online manga service. The manga ended in December 2017, compiled into 5 volumes (49 Chapters).<\/span>

<\/span>Viz Media is publishing the English release to manga, online and print. The manga is ranked 3rd by Kono Manga ga Sugoi! (This Manga Is Amazing!) guidebook<\/span> and also packed the 12th Manga Taisho awards earlier this year.<\/span><\/span>
